Talented crew makes evening shine

Talented Poly Drive students performed to a standing-room only crowd on Feb. 26 at Senior High School. Before showtime, families enjoyed dinner catered by Poly Food Basket, and cookies donated by Poly families.

Poly Drive students’ artwork was on display as guests made their way to the auditorium for the show.

Camden C., Victor G., Olivia M. and Kaylee S. served as the Masters of Ceremonies, and Mrs. Delaney helped with their script. Former students were on hand helping out backstage and with dinner.

Teachers Mrs. Bell, Mrs. Whittmeyer, Mrs. Saur, Mrs. Reas, Mrs. Whisenand and Mrs. Brown volunteered their time helping with auditions, clean up, food service and dance practice for kindergarten and sixth graders. Organizers extend a special thanks to Mrs. Carroll for her dedication, and all the people who helped make the night a success.

Thanks also to Rimrock (program printing), Shane Fairbanks (video recording), Senior High Activities Director Mark Sulser and Senior High custodians, and Talent Show committee members Paige Jette, Terry Stapleton, Kristi Schied and Callie Thompson, as well as chair Christine Klepps. The committee has worked together for the past four years. Anyone interested in chairing the Talent Show next year may contact Christine Klepps.

A DVD recording of the evening may be purchased for $10 and Klepps is the contact person.
